Please see below the message from Jan with regard to faulty Blazer ammunition.

If you have a batch that you think may be affected the advise from Blazer is not to use it but to return it to your supplier and it will be replaced.

From Jan;

Just got a call from another club saying that there is a bad batch of
Blazer going around. One person injured, one gun blown up. They explode
in the breech and the bits come out the port. The advice is not to use
them. The batch in question is B14GA02. This is found on the inside flap
of the cartons.
